OSAPAC Privacy Policy
What is personal information?
Personal information is factual or subjective information about an identifiable
individual. It includes, but is not limited to, such basic details as
name, address, phone, birthdate and other related data such as employer
(School Board) and workplace (School).
What is a Personal Information Bank (PIB)?
A Personal Information Bank is a collection of personal information that
is organized and capable of being retrieved by an individual’s
name or other identifier, such as a board or school. PIBs can consist
of electronic files, paper files or a combination of both.
We Respect Your Privacy
OSAPAC takes your privacy concerns seriously and will not share your
personal information with any business or group.
Personal information that you provided during a survey or resource submission
to the Learning Object Repository is stored in the OSAPAC database and
is available to OSAPAC committee members
to
help
them carry
out their
assigned
duties.
If you would like OSAPAC to delete information that you
have submitted
in an online survey or in resource submission please contact
